How can I get out of his crib?
I am a little late on this post, but better late than never. I think a part of me did not want to acknowledge that Ty is less than a month away from being a year old. Sigh! It really does go by way too fast.

Crawling!
Watching his favorite animal DVD-you can't tear him away from it.
Ty had a wonderful 11th month! He learned so much this past month it is amazing. We can really see how well he is understanding things we are telling him even though he does not have the word to express himself. He is able to point/look at so many more things when we ask them where they are than last month. Ty is moving around really well and in the last week has let go of things as he is standing. I think he is starting to get the thoughts of taking his first steps. We are constantly on the go making sure he does not hurt himself. He waves goobyes, claps his hands and gives high fives. With all the Packer wins this month he has gotten very good at clapping. He seems to enjoy all the excitement in our house with the Packers! The jersey is from his uncle Casey has been good luck. Ty has worn the jersey for every game and the Packers have won every game since he started wearing it.
Dare I say Ty has been sleeping better! We are getting up with him less during the night. We are down to only two bottles a day-one in the morning and one at night! He does very well with his sippy cups and drinks lots of water. He is also getting more goofy at dinner time by throwing his sippy cup and food onto the floor. Ty also has another set of teeth coming in on top. He is still such a cuddler and we love those moments when he snuggles.
Cheering on the Packer is exhausting!
Eating out and people watching
We met with our friends from Fargo two weekends ago and stayed at a hotel. Ty had a great time hanging with the older kids and they loved being there to help with Ty. Ty also went into the hotel swimming pool. I am not sure he loved it as it was a bit cold. However, he loved people watching. He did so good traveling. Never really fussed at all in the 4-5 hour drive.

Holding on to daddy!
This week marked Ty's 1st ear infection. On Monday I received a call from Ty's daycare right before I left to pick him up for the night and let me know Ty had a temp of 103. We called the doctor and she did not seem too concerned. When I went to pick him up he was so hot, lethargic, and totally not himself. He also would not eat dinner so we made the trip to urgent care. One look into his ears and he was diagnosed with a double ear infecton. After getting some medications he did so much better. The positive is that mommy got to spend all day Tues cuddling with Ty. He was so loving and just want to be held and was in a great mood. We called it jammie day and both Ty and mom stayed in our PJ's We kept him home today and it was Matt's turn to stay home with him. Ty is excited to go back to daycare tomorrow and see his "girlfriend" Bree.
