JULY FUN!!

We sure can't believe it is already July.  My brother and his family are spending about 6 weeks in Wisconsin, so it has been great to spend time together.  We spent the 4th of July holiday with my parents.  Ty got to meet his cousin Ninel for the first time on the 4th..  Poor Ty-he had a runny nose and cough!  He was sleeping by 7:30pm that night so no fireworks for him.  I am not sure the weather would have cooperated anyways.  On Monday after the 4th Ty had a visit from his Grandma Syrie and Uncle Casey.

This past weekend my brother and niece came to visit.  We had a great weekend of relaxing.  We hit Bay Beach on Sat.  It was a bit hot, but a great day to be out and about.  Ty loved just watching everyone walking around and birds flying.  He also went on his first merry-go-round ride and train ride.  What a great day!  We also took two trips to the park near our house.  It is so good to see my niece and interact with her.  She is sure growing up fast!

Ty has been growing so much in the last two weeks.  He is bearing weight on his legs and will stand up in our arms.  He sure has strong and fat legs.  Ty tried avocado this week with his cereal and loved it.  He is a human garbage disposal.  Ty is giggling all the time and it is so much fun to get him to giggle and interact with us.  Ty grabs his toes all the time.  Contrary to most of the advice we received Ty is not sleeping any better with the cereal.  We have had a few rough nights with him getting up several times.  He is easily calmed, but we want more sleep.  :)  We can't believe Ty will be 5 months on Friday.  The time has gone so fast.   My heart breaks to see him growing up, but also swells with pride of his daily development.  What precious moments.
